**The role**
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the Resourcing Administrator is responsible for assisting the mobilisation and administrative aspects of the recruiting and resourcing process at Bis. We are offering an initial 6-month contract (with potential for permanent contract). This role will be based at our Perth Head Office in Osborne Park.
Your experience will see you working in an inclusive and collaborative environment to enable you to deepen your mobilisation and administrative abilities by taking full ownership and accountability of the mobilisation process and liaise closely with internal team members and senior members.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement mobilisation strategies for process improvement.
- Manage the onboarding process for all new starters.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Taking personal responsibility for the continuous improvement and enhancement of our Zero Harm culture

**The successful applicant will possess the following**:
- Positive attitude and innovative mindset
- Previous high-volume, mobilisation or administrative experience (preferred);
- Prior experience within the resources, construction, mining and/or logistics industries.
- Experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership team) and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address administrative and mobilization requirements and improvements;
- Ability to problem solve; and work autonomously and within a team environment.
