About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team in our Mildura office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers variety within a fast-paced, supportive environment, encouraging learning and development. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
You should be eager to grow your skills, utilize your client service abilities, and work alongside our teams across Maurice Blackburn. This position requires full-time attendance in our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist or transfer calls as needed
* Greet guests and manage the switchboard
* Manage client expectations and provide accurate, timely information
* Handle and delegate a busy inbox
* Arrange and coordinate calendars and meeting rooms
* Perform general office duties, including restocking brochures and maintaining reception appearance
* Provide additional administrative support as required
The experience we are looking for
* Previous administrative or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Understanding of court processes and systems is highly regarded
