Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with significant revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive solicitation and account saturation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

About You:

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should have the ability to work autonomously, proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and able to leverage business intelligence from Sales & Marketing Platforms and software data sources to generate leads.

Our Requirements:

* Hotel operational experience or proven experience within a high-performing sales department within the hotel and events sector.
* Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of the key intermediaries in the MICE and Corporate sectors in international, interstate, and local regions.
