We're looking for a Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Your Day to Day:
1. Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
* An full drivers license - Australian preferred
* Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kg
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 11pm – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
* A friendly smile, you'll be our guests first point of contact entering our hotel.
* Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
* Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
