Insitu Building Co. is a boutique residential builder delivering high-quality, architecturally designed homes. With exciting projects locked in for 2026, we're looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team.
In this role you'll be hands-on with carpentry while supervising trades, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring top-tier workmanship across our sites. You'll work closely with the builder/director, gaining exposure to unique projects and the chance to grow into site management as we expand.
What we're looking for:
• Qualified Carpenter (Cert III, 2+ years experience)
• Proven leadership or Leading Hand experience
• Strong eye for detail & pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to coordinate trades and read plans confidently
• White Card, tools, driver's licence
