About the Role

Ozone Services Group is seeking several experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to work with our partnership hotels in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, NSW. You will be working for a distinguished brand and be able to take your career to the next level! You'll lead a dedicated team to maintain our hotel's high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment.
General Duties
* Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
* Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
* Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
* Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
* Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
* Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
* Part‐time positions are available and will have to work on weekends if needed.

Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Effective leadership and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
* Police check.
* Must have work rights within Australia.
