The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing big deals. You will work closely with our internal BDR team to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, and use your negotiation skills to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.
We are seeking someone who is resilient, resourceful, and relentlessly target-driven. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, building rapport to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction, and consistently achieving and exceeding weekly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
* Build rapport to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
* Transition clients into retained accounts, focusing on achieving annual purchase targets.
* Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales with at least 5 years.
* Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
* Resilient, resourceful, and relentlessly target-driven.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
