If you are a Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you!
Your new role will be responsible for:
* Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as mobility, hygiene and nutrition
* Following personalised client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
* Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
* Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
* Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client's self-care at home
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
· Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Individual Support, Community Service or related experience
· Current Australian National Police check
· Current First Aid and CPR certificate
· Full Australian Driver's licence and own reliable insured car
Preferred Skills
· Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
· High level of time management and organisational ability
· Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
· Excellent written and verbal skills
