As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the clinical direction and team culture of the hospital. About You:
* Experienced in small animal general practice (minimum 5 years preferred)
* Confident in both medicine and surgery
* Passionate about mentoring and developing others
* A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
* Committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative veterinary care
* Eligible for full registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
