Key Responsibilities
 * Kitchen Operations: Lead day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
 * Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs, recruit new staff, and develop their skills.
 * Financial Management: Forecast revenue, control costs, and prepare reports on kitchen performance.
 * Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet operational requirements.
Requirements
 * Cert III in Commercial Cookery: Or equivalent qualification.
 * Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, with a strong focus on supervision and team management.
 * Safety and Hygiene: Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
 * Fitness: Physically capable of performing manual tasks, such as walking, lifting, and bending.
