Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising.
You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
