Are you a driven and motivated individual looking for a challenging role in sales and project coordination?
We are seeking a highly skilled Project & Sales Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, assisting with the management and growth of our existing sales and projects funnel for Australian and New Zealand accounts.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Managing Director to engage with our customer base and high-quality international suppliers. You will be responsible for sales and project administration, database management, and preparing budgets and quotations for our supplier plant machinery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and keeping up-to-date costings and quoting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and quality of quotations
* Working closely with the national sales team to support new sales leads and funnel process
* Coordinating the shipment of bottling lines projects with our freight forwarding partner
* Project risk management and mitigation planning
* Development of GANTT charts
* Collaborating with the Accounting programme to process orders and invoices for customers and suppliers and updating the status of machinery project orders on our suppliers
* Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, a high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
