We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team, who will be responsible for handling HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting HR cycle activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Addressing HR-related queries and providing solutions
* Collaborating with HR colleagues to resolve issues
* Training employees and managers on HR systems and service delivery
* Supporting HR cycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, job moves, and exits
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK labor laws and HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
* Deep knowledge of UK labor laws and HR principles, practices, and legal compliance
* Experience resolving employee relations issues
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is advantageous
