Bunbury Drilling Company (BDC) is offering a fantastic opportunity for both entry-level and experienced individuals to join our team as Drillers Offsiders. Based in Perth or the Southwest of WA?
We're looking for motivated, reliable people to work on our 2:1 FIFO roster servicing drilling operations across the Pilbara region.
This is a physically demanding role, suited to those who can handle work from home, long days, and challenging environments.
No experience? No problem. We offer comprehensive training and nationally accredited certifications to help you build a long-term career in the drilling industry.

What We’re Looking For
Individuals who are fit, focused, and ready to work in remote environments
Both experienced and those new to drilling eager to learn and grow
Must reside in Perth or the Southwest of WA
Able to work a 2:1 FIFO roster on our Pilbara rigs
Valid HR driver’s license & Forklift licence (Or the ability to obtain both within the first 3 months of employment)
National Police Clearance and ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous experience on drill rigs or FIFO mining roles
Mechanical skills or heavy machinery licenses
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
