Job Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of the Sailpoint IIQ platform.
* Manage user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, and access privileges.
* Operations and infrastructure support to the tech/delivery teams.
* Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system logs, performance tuning.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure layer.
* Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities.
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
* Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM technologies.
