Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to support high-volume recruitment needs across national retail stores. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the team to absorb knowledge from outgoing staff and ensure a smooth transition during this peak period.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
* Advertising and promoting retail vacancies nationally.
* Conducting first-level screening and shortlisting of candidates.
* Coordinating and managing onboarding for successful hires.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract top retail talent for existing vacancies.
* Partner with internal teams to understand staffing requirements.
* Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in recruitment or HR, ideally with 3-5 years of experience and exposure to high-volume or retail recruitment environments. Your ability to stay organised and communicate effectively will be key as you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, approaches challenges with a proactive mindset, and takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving to deliver outstanding results.
