As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for:
- Administration, operation, and management of the workplace
- Audio Visual and basic IT support
- Meeting room management and set-up
- Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained, and utilised to its design
- Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
- Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries
- Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required
- Possess Events experience or food & beverage service
- Warmly welcoming visitors, access control and contractor management and providing secure building access
- Maintaining immaculate presentation of lobby, reception, and workplace areas
- VIP escort and hosting & Executive Boardroom support
**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in a people centric, client or customer service focused role
