Administrative and Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative and accounts assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing accounts and assisting with various office duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Preparing invoices and debt collection reports
* Ordering office stationery and supplies
* Assisting with banking and post office tasks
* Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
* Organising uniforms and printing point of contact materials
* Keeping the clothing and merch room tidy
* Assisting with providing materials to sales for promotional purposes
* General tidying around the office and kitchen areas
Requirements:
* Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High level attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Preferred qualifications include:
* Previous working experience as an administrative and accounts assistant or similar (1 year minimum)
* Microsoft Office: 1 year preferred
* Accounts & Administration: 2 years required
