Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients/customers in fast paced Blue Collar environment Confidently conduct site/client visits to maintain business and conduct toolboxes (can be trained) Source reliable candidates for the general staffing team across all clients in our portfolio. This will involve high volume phone calls, interviews, and conducting reference checks. Conduct face to face interviews Handle a high work volume and be able to skilfully multitask Conduct your duties inline with all Toll Groups policies Attend company training sessions as required Skills & Experience Must have recruitment experience Strong Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and through video calls. Customer-Focused: Previous experience in customer service, sales, a call centre, or similar role is a bonus, but not essential.
