About The Role
As the Team Leader of the Outer Gippsland Student Support Services Team, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary area‐based team to build the capabilities of student support services and schools, supporting children and young people to manage complex behaviours and access their education. Key responsibilities include providing a range of allied health supports to help schools adjust to support school‐aged students and improve learning outcomes, liaising effectively with education community stakeholders, and coordinating specialist team activities.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* A graduate or postgraduate degree in one of the following allied health qualifications (Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Occupational Therapist)
* Eligibility for membership of your professional body
* Valid Working with Children Check and full driver's licence
* Ability to work flexibly in a front‐line service requiring rapid response
