Job Description The opportunity. Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in executive support? We are searching for a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the CEO, contributing to the smooth operation of our executive office. As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our CEO, managing a dynamic and confidential workload that requires a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders including the Board of Directors, support executive meeting coordination, and help drive key projects and internal events. Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including the Board of Directors Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications with precision and discretion Prepare agendas and coordinate executive meetings including minute-taking and action tracking Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support governance and operating cadence, ensuring the timely delivery of reports and papers Draft and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO as well as assisting in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives Provide administrative support to the members of the Executive Team where required Oversee the smooth operation of the support office, including supplies and equipment management, as well as manage office events and social activities. Desired Skills and Experience About You You're experienced supporting senior executives in broad, fast-paced roles. Intelligent, organised, and proactive, you combine sound judgement with a personable and calm approach. You enjoy variety, think two steps ahead, and bring a sense of ease to those you support. You will have: Min 10 years C-suite EA experience ideally within professional or financial services A warm, professional, and adaptable communication style across all levels Flexibility and responsiveness including the ability to balance urgency with professionalism, all while building strong internal and external relationships Loves a fast-moving environment and proven experience managing scheduling complexities with a solution-focused mindset The ability to anticipate needs, calm chaos, and move mountains to make the impossible happen Has no ego, just drive, discretion, and genuine pride in being the right-hand to our CEO Strong MS Office capabilities We count on you.
