We are looking for an experienced and proactive Handyman/ Body Corp Cleaner to join our team.
Reporting to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
* Perform general repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
* General Outdoor Maintenance, Cleaning & Gardening
About You!
* Previous "hands-on" maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or facilities management environment.
* Strong attention to detail with a drive for achieving high-quality results.
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships within the hotel team and address guest needs.
* Effective time management and the ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks.
* the ability to adapt to daily operational needs.
* A solid understanding of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
* Reliable and flexible.
