About the Role

Provide executive support to the General Manager including developing project health reports, staff reports, attending meetings, migrating folders to SharePoint, credit card reconciliation, ABS statistics reporting.

Assist the team with tender bidding activities such as;

* Searching tenders

* Material and subcontractor solicitation

* Prepare non-technical parts of tenders (e.g. Tender Forms)

* Prepare and collate tender supporting documentation (e.g. CVs, sample documents, certificates)

* Quality review of tender documents prior to submission

* Coordinate tender submissions by developing a tender response plan, including; required deliverables, tender program, and collating information

* Prepare advertising and marketing materials and assist with event management

Perform various office and corporate administrative functions, such as;

* Minor accounting tasks for branch office, co-ordinating with Head Office accounts division

* Picking up office mail, arranging for provisions from store

* Reception duties

* Liaise with clients, external contractors and professional bodies

* Assist the IT department with ad hoc duties, including the setup of new employee laptops

* Assist Project teams (Project Engineers & Project Managers) with the administration of projects

About you

* Prior experience in an administration

* Confident, enthusiastic, friendly and eager to contribute

* Attention to detail to create clear, professional and persuasive documentation (eg. proposals and reports)

* Proficiency with the Microsoft suite

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and confident persona.
