Getfresh Merchants is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, deliver and evaluate marketing and advertising activities that support business growth, brand awareness and customer engagement.
This role will focus on market analysis, campaign execution, digital marketing and performance reporting across multiple channels.

Task & responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to support sales targets and business objectives.
Plan and manage marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate production of campaigns and marketing collateral, including artwork, copywriting, photography/videography, media scripting and media placement as required.
Prepare marketing content including promotional materials, website updates and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
Analyse customer data, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Commission and undertake market research to assess demand for existing products and potential new offerings.
Provide recommendations on product positioning, pricing and promotional strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Review digital marketing performance and recommend improvements to engagement, conversions and search visibility, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) updates.
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate marketing activities.
Maintain accurate marketing records, reports and documentation.
Qualification & experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a marketing-focused role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and content management systems (CMS)
Experience in campaign planning, market research and data analysis.
Ability to marketing data and translate insights into practical actions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
