Ideally, you will hold:
A strong focus on the Image of Child.
Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS).
Leadership experience mentoring educators to meet high curriculum and documentation standards.
An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards a Diploma within 3 months.
A current State-relevant Working with Children's Check.
Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain.
