About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our educational community. This permanent, ongoing role will be based across two campuses of our independent school.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based psychological services to students.
* Conduct assessments and develop strategies for students with learning, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to support student learning and well-being plans.
* Deliver workshops or presentations on mental health and resilience.
* SUPPORT crisis intervention when needed.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
Requirements
* Full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant national regulatory authority.
* Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
* Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work across two campuses as required.
* A committed Christian who can subscribe to our College's Confession of Faith.
