You will play a vital role in supporting our National Account Managers and contributing to the continued growth of our business. This position offers excellent development opportunities for an individual looking to build a career in FMCG sales.The RoleAs a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, forecasting, and executing promotional strategies in line with the broader trade team. As part of your role, you will be expected to support the National Account Manager team with critical operational tasks, including internal and external data management, claims management, new product set-ups, data analysis and business reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage customer relationships, product range, NPD (New Product Development), and sales performance across key accounts.Order Management: Monitor and track customer order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.Sales Material Management: Prepare promotional assets and submissions to ensure teams are informed of key dates and upcoming activities.New Line Set-Up: Lead the administration of new product line setups with key retail accounts.Stock and Clearance Management: Manage stock updates, clearance strategies, and MLOR submissions to optimise inventory.Team Support: Provide ongoing support to National Account Managers and the broader commercial team.Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales report commentary.Claims Administration: Manage promotional claims, and loading of accruals to ensure accuracy.Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support execution of customer plans.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with an understanding of the FMCG industry and account management. You will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Prior experience in sales support, account management, or a similar role within FMCG.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with sales forecasting tools and promotional portals is a plus.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Why Join Us?At Stuart Alexander & Co, we are committed to creating a supportive and engaging work environment where our team can thrive.
