Anticipate and plan for future skill needs, particularly in cloud platforms, emerging technologies, and modern development practices. Establish and maintain robust QA processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure high-quality, timely, and scope-aligned project delivery. Allocate and manage team resources effectively to optimize workloads, capacity, and project outcomes while maintaining a collaborative and innovative team culture. Drive process automation and efficiency improvements to scale delivery capabilities across projects and regions.
