About the Role
As a Markets Risk Analyst in our Market Risk Technology Team, you'll play a key role in collaborating with our various Market Risk stakeholders and technology teams to understand the business requirements, solve complex problems, and create solutions that align with our strategic technology roadmap.

What will your day look like?
**As a Markets Risk Analyst, you are accountable for**:
- Analyse and document current Integration flows and system dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions for solution ideation.
- Working with the Engineering team to understand technical landscape and breakdown book of work into workable Epics and Tasks.
- Elicit, document and manage the programme outcomes throughout the end-to-end project or program delivery.
- implementation activities to support the achievement of project or business outcomes such as testing, process mapping and change transition.
- Collaborate using agile ways of working with project stakeholders.
- Partner with other tech teams to resolve dependencies and align on deliverables.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Prior experience as an Analyst in Financial markets, collaborating with both Business and Technology teams.
- Experience with the Market Risk regulatory reporting framework.
- Knowledge of Market Risk Sensitivities, VaR, APS116 & APS117 calculation models and other Market Risk regulatory reporting framework.
- Understanding of multiple asset classes like FX & Money market, Interest Rate derivatives, Commodities and Credit.
- Experience in working with VBA scripts, Python and knowledge of MS SQL database is desired.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Capable of leading workshops with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
