The Role

* Direct accountability for drivers, rostering, leave, absenteeism, and employee availability.
* Manage national fatigue guidelines, OHS requirements, and escalations.

* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and driver productivity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, stakeholders, and other team members.
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
Requirements
* Transport experience not essential, but attitude and desire to learn are crucial.
* Experience in building high-performing teams and logistics knowledge beneficial.
* Strong computer skills and communication abilities required.
