Residential Maintenance Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled tradesperson to work on a variety of residential projects, including small maintenance jobs and full refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have high-level carpentry skills and previous experience in residential maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality residential maintenance and construction work
* Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
* Previous experience in residential maintenance
* Sound level of computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed timeframes
Benefits:
* Hourly rate from $35 – $45, negotiable based on skills and experience
