Join JB Hi-Fi as the Peak Trade - JB Direct Team Member. We aim to own the tech and entertainment space, grow our customer base and support our people to be the best and deliver the highest quality service. This role is a part of our JB Direct Sales Team and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by phone and live chat.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for you and the JB Direct Sales Team by
Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating "Raving Fans"
Participating in all suppliers, compliance, and sales training modules
Participating in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate required sales behaviours
Understanding the JB HiFi 5 Steps of Selling and applying them in all customer interactions
Working efficiently and multitasking to manage incoming call and chat volumes
Enable a safe work environment for your team, ensuring all OHS policies and procedures are adhered to
Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
Remain up to date with new products and services
Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative standards, including meeting responsibilities outlined in the ACL or other legislation and ensuring compliance with telco partner procedures (e.g. Telstra)
Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Assist the Management Team, where required, in daily operational aspects and tasks
Qualifications
Retail or Call Centre experience in high achieving teams
Demonstrated ability in required skills competencies
Intermediate computer and typing skills
Strong organisational skills
Passion for delivering great customer experiences
