We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with end-user customers within the transport channel. This will involve driving end-user conversion to Milwaukee and growing market share across all product categories within their territory.
To achieve this, the Sales Representative will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorized distributors. They will also need to identify and act on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.
In addition, the Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of trade experience or relevant graduate degree
* Minimum 1 year direct selling experience (desired)
* Experienced with using CRM software (desired)
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability
* Experience within the transportation, automotive or similar industry
* Full driver's license and excellent driving history
* Ability to travel minimum 1 week every month
