The Opportunity Step into a pivotal leadership role as you guide our Quality Department, overseeing food safety, quality systems, audits, and quality assurance compliance. You’ll be a key driver behind ensuring all products—whether made in-house or through partners—surpass global food safety, quality assurance and regulatory standards. This is your opportunity to deliver world-class quality in the nutrition sector and make a lasting impact. Lead and improve GFSI-aligned Food Safety Management System across all sites. Maintain HACCP, food safety plans, and quality controls for manufacturing sites. Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and verification activities. Drive food safety culture through leadership, engagement, and targeted training. Oversee quality assurance for in-house and sub-contract manufactured products. Ensure compliance with FSANZ, Codex, China GB, FDA, EU, and more. Lead, coach and develop the quality team Provide key decisive decision support to senior leadership To succeed You’re a proven leader in quality, combining technical mastery and a strong dedication to food safety. Expert at nurturing a culture of excellence, you confidently navigate regulatory frameworks and drive robust systems and high-performing teams across the organisation.
