We are currently seeking a friendly, positive, enthusiastic person to join the team as our receptionist.
Tasks & Responsibilities:Making appointmentsGreeting clients upon arrivalAttending to daily mail and bankingCollating completed work for clientsLodging tax returns with the ATOLiaising with ATO as directedQualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is desirableProficient skills in the Microsoft Office suiteAustralian ResidentSkills & Other Competencies:Excellent communication skills when liaising with both clients and colleaguesOrganised and effective at managing time and resources efficientlyAbility to work under pressure, autonomously as well as in collaboration with othersA positive and professional attitudeFor the right candidate, this job can offer a pathway to other opportunities if desired.
