We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Mansfield, QLD. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently support both customers and field technicians.
You will be a central part of the Service Department, overseeing the scheduling of jobs, quoting, ordering parts, managing compliance and administrative tasks to ensure efficient job delivery and ongoing business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Work with our Service Scheduler to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery
* Prepare and follow up quotes and approvals
* Follow up incoming leads for business growth and development
* Liaise with our warehouse and procurement team to order parts needed and coordinate scheduling
* Monitoring job status and customer portals
* Liaise with customers, technicians and subcontractors
* Compliance documentation (SWMS, JSAs, inductions)
* Warranty, callback and staff reporting to Service Manager
* Supporting other business departments
About you:
* Experience in refrigeration industry (preferred but not required), service coordination, administration or scheduling
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced reactive environment
* Confident with computer systems and job management software
* Reliable, detail-focused and proactive
* Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Customer facing role, solve clients problems to achieve success
