Our office team is looking for an individual to provide administrative support to the school leadership.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The role involves a range of tasks including responding to enquiries, maintaining stock and issue expendable stores, and establishing and maintaining filing and records management systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the school leadership team
* Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
* Maintain stock and issue expendable stores
* Establish and maintain filing and records management systems
You will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
