* The chance to shape the future of aged care education
About us
For over 20 years, Altura Learning has created high-quality, video-based courses designed by industry experts to deliver exceptional online care training and learning. We support a membership base of approximately 150,000 learners across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland, and also produce video and e-learning content for corporate and commercial clients.
We're proudly part of the Bolton Clarke Group, Australia's largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, and are trusted globally by aged care providers to help build their workforce capability.
About the role
Each course you work on is a self-contained project that you'll help shape from concept to completion. As the in-house subject matter expert, you'll research and write the learning content and resources, then brief our production team to bring it to life. Along the way, you'll engage external subject matter experts to inform and validate content, coordinate with vendors and the production team, manage review cycles, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout. You'll draw on your clinical and aged care experience to ensure each production follows best-practice principles, provide clinical expertise on shoots, and prepare clinical props for film shoots.
About you
You have a proven track record in researching and writing educational content for the aged care audience, and you're able to demonstrate an extremely high level of organisation, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills. You have a genuine passion for maintaining current knowledge of health and aged care issues. You are committed to excellence in educational programming, you're able to work to strict deadlines, juggle multiple projects whilst sharing your enthusiasm and ideas, and contribute to a collaborative and mutually supportive team environment.
