The organisation's clinical team - nurses, social workers, doctors and pain specialists - work together to deliver personalised, integrative care. Alongside this, their non-clinical support team ensures every Veteran receives consistent coordination, advocacy and guidance throughout their pain management journey. The goal is simple: provide comprehensive, compassionate care that helps Veterans move toward a more comfortable and fulfilling life.

The Role
You will conduct follow-up telehealth consultations with Veterans, supporting continuity of care within our structured pain management program. Treatment plans may include medicinal cannabis where clinically appropriate, delivered strictly in accordance with DVA and TGA regulations and with the guidance of a Pain Specialist.
This role is ideal for practitioners seeking flexible, meaningful clinical work without the demands of a traditional practice setting.

Requirements
* AHPRA General Registration
* Medicinal Cannabis Authorised Prescriber (Desirable - If not currently accredited, we can facilitate this process)
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Experience with DVA patients (Desirable)
* Able to start January/February 2026
* Competent and comfortable conducting telehealth consultations
* Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
