Job Description
* Offer legal guidance on commercial insurance claims, including policy interpretation and liability.
* Advise on insurance products and distribution models to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Draft, review, and advise on contractual documentation, product disclosure statements, and policy wordings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to a high-performing legal team by providing expert advice on complex legal issues.
2. Partner with stakeholders to simplify complexity and deliver business-ready solutions.
Requirements
* Practising Certificate and admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in any Australian Court.
* 4-8 years post-admission experience in financial services laws, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act.
* Strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills.
