The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving optimal product recovery. This includes delivering expert technical support, developing critical training packages, and collaborating with plant operators and technical teams.
Key tasks:
1. Deliver expert technical guidance to stakeholders to guarantee smooth plant operations and maximum output.
2. Contribute to the creation of comprehensive training materials and protocols.
3. Support plant operator teams and technical staff.
4. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards during plant operations.
5. Oversee contract management.
6. Foster a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration.
7. Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics.
8. Initiate corrective actions when necessary to ensure safety and productivity goals are met.
9. Provide input on budget planning.
10. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
