We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Excellence and Acceleration Manager to join our commercial team in Sydney. The successful candidate will enable the acceleration and transformation of our ANZ sales team through best in market retail execution, optimised efficiency & effectiveness through operations and tools, and translating category and marketing strategies into action.
They must be a creative and commercially minded leader with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
* Drive Commercial Execution Excellence through flawless in-store activation and retail execution standards across channels, leveraging data and field insights to drive growth & conversion at POP
* Optimise commercial tools & operations to enable sales team performance & transformation.
* Lead continuous improvement of systems and sales operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
* Operationalise marketing and category strategies into executable field plans that deliver measurable outcomes at store level.
* Surface and scale best practices
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation or equivalent
