As a key member of our service team, you will oversee daily operations while maintaining a strong customer-facing presence. This hybrid role offers leadership, customer interaction, and the satisfaction of running a smooth and efficient service department.


About the Role

* Oversee and coordinate daily service department activities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Lead, support, and motivate workshop and front-of-house service staff to drive productivity and efficiency.
* Schedule, manage, and confirm service bookings to meet customer expectations.
* Greet customers, log job details, and communicate service needs accurately to ensure clear understanding.
* Monitor workflow to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing process improvements.
* Liaise between technicians and customers for effective communication and issue resolution.
* Ensure timely updates on repair progress, timelines, and costs to maintain transparency and trust.
* Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions focus to resolve issues efficiently.
* Review and approve service reports, invoices, and warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.


About You

* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Service Manager role is essential for success in this position.
* Strong communication and organisational skills are required to effectively lead and manage the service team.
* Proven leadership qualities or desire to step into a leadership position are necessary to drive growth and improvement.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure are crucial to ensuring high-quality service delivery.
