Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive plans for organizing and directing construction activities
* Establish and control jobsite expenditures for labor, equipment, material, and services
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
* Recognized degree in engineering or scientific discipline or specialized courses in construction management
