3. Remuneration of $99,938 - $110,271 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Advisor, Teacher Attraction Projects who will support the Teacher Attraction Initiatives team within the School Workforce Directorate. This team collaborates closely with key business stakeholders and plays a vital role in promoting career opportunities for current and future teachers across NSW through effective recruitment campaigns and innovative content that showcases the teacher value proposition (TVP) under the umbrella of the Early Career Academy (ECA) for Teachers.

Reporting to the Lead, the Advisor, Teacher Attraction Projects supports the planning, development and delivery of ECA digital initiatives in collaboration with the broader Teacher Attraction Initiatives team.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

4. Experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing marketing campaigns or projects, ensuring they remain on target, within budget, and meet delivery standards.
5. Proficiency in supporting administrative and system functions to streamline team operations, enhance digital workflows and improve efficiencies.
6. High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance
7. Experience using Salesforce CRM (user-level or admin support experience preferred) including experience with data entry, data validation, and record management in CRM systems
8. Strong ability to manage and prioritise shared inboxes, responding accurately and in a timely manner
9. Clear written communication skills for responding to internal and external stakeholders to showcase teacher attraction programs across owned and earned channels.
10. Basic reporting skills (e.g. tracking volumes, statuses, or turnaround times) are an advantage
11. Experience working collaboratively within a team to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key knowledge and experience

12. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

13. Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
14. Hold a valid driver's licence (provisional or above).
15. Willingness and ability to undertake interstate and intrastate travel to meet delivery requirements of campaigns.
16. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
