About the Role: As a locum Mental Health Support Worker, you'll be placed with NDIS clients through our trusted agency partnerships. You'll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals living with psychosocial disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Providing specialised support to participants with Autism, ABI, mental health conditions, and complex behaviours in AMS-operated accommodations, their homes, and the community. Deliver recovery-oriented support aligned with NDIS goals and plans. Assist clients with daily living, community engagement, and skill development. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards. We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year experience in mental health or NDIS support work Cert IV in Mental Health, Disability, or equivalent (desirable) Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and psychosocial disability Ability & willingness to obtain Basic Life Support, Working With Children Checks, and NDIS Worker Screening. Flexibility to work within a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight shifts and weekends. Why Join Us?
