Your Impact, With Us
As our valued Practice Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and operational efficiency across our busy Coffs Harbour/Mid North Coast clinic. This role plays a crucial part in developing a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do:
Foster a dynamic and kind team culture where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
Oversee and assist with daily operations of the front desk, including general reception and administrative services
Manage diaries effectively and proactively, incorporating consultation and testing appointments
Manage the financial requirements of the site efficiently, including daily reconciliation, billing, banking, and month-end processes
Actively support cardiologists
Who you are:
Proven ability to deliver superior patient care and stakeholder customer service
Strong leadership experience, inspiring confidence and aligning with organisational values
Strong analytical skills, adept at solving complex problems, with resilience to overcome obstacles and ensure task completion.
