About Us

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to fill a pivotal leadership role in our vibrant retirement community.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

* The successful individual will lead a close-knit team, ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction and village performance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the safety and security of our residents through effective emergency systems and procedures.
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, their families, and local community members, fostering strong relationships and promoting resident engagement.
* Promote and support social activities, programs, and events that enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the village, including sales and marketing initiatives, asset management, and market trend analysis.
* Manage village administration, finances, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Maintain a safe and well-maintained environment, coordinating gardening and maintenance schedules as required.
* Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, contractors, and partners.


Requirements:

* Sales and marketing qualifications are desirable.
* A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably within a retirement living environment.
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Retirement Villages Act and Residential Home Care Packages, is highly regarded.
* An ability to interact with residents in a respectful, mature, and empathetic manner.
* Proven experience in leading, managing, and supporting operational teams.
* Demonstrated financial planning and budgeting expertise.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
