What You'll Be Doing:
* Crafting, assembling, and installing custom timber staircases and components
* Working closely with a small, highly skilled team
* Ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards
* Mentoring apprentices and sharing your knowledge
* Using advanced CNC machinery to streamline and enhance output
What you'll need:
* Trade qualification in carpentry, cabinet making, or joinery
* Demonstrated experience in timber construction or staircase fabrication
* Strong eye for detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
