What You'll Do at Pega

* Demonstrate hunting ability working within new logo strategic accounts to open up new business opportunities
* Lead high‐value, complex enterprise sales cycles, helping advise C‐suite leaders on digital transformation
* Drive AI and ecosystem thought leadership while providing market intelligence to influence product strategy
* Represent Pega at key industry events
* Build C‐level networks and inbound thought leadership
* Work closely with Pega's partner ecosystem and hyperscalers to co‐sell
* Partner with marketing on demand‐generation initiatives

Who You Are

A proven sales development or business development representative, early in the first few years of a full‐cycle enterprise software sales career. AI and digital transformation experience highly regarded. You will have demonstrated a growth mindset and be familiar with the basics of consultative selling, executive relationship building, change management, and ecosystem orchestration. You thrive in strategic, insight‐driven C‐suite engagement and enterprise prospecting.

What You've Accomplished

* 2+ years of software or platform sales experience
* Strong success building enterprise pipeline in new logo accounts
* Experience strategically prospecting in complex accounts
* Experience co‐selling with large partner organisations
* Examples of working within a larger account team, aligned to territory or account plans
